“I personally found the United Fresh convention to be a valuable source for searching out new equipment ideas for cleaning lettuce, wrapping sandwiches, and sanitizing solutions that would enhance our overall food safety program. In addition, we picked-up ideas for new products that would be a good fit for our convenience stores including fruit cups by Del Monte and Sunkist, individually packaged fruit pieces by Sunkist, and several possibilities for new packaged salads.
